First few historic military vehicles were exhibited in the park dedicated to the factory workers that fought in the Great Patriotic War. Soon it became a starting point for the creation of the first museum in the complex – Museum of military vehicles. Today, the Museum Complex is one of the largest museums of history and technology in the world.

Museum’s collection grew over many years. And today it includes more than 15,000 items and 1,500 civil and military vehicles.

Opened in 2018 the Automobile museum is considered the largest in Russia. Its collection of over 600 retro cars, motorcycles and bicycles tells the history of auto transport from the late 19th century to the present day. Later in 2022 museum’s second building was opened. It holds themed exhibits and legends of global automobile industry. In total auto exhibit occupies the area of more than 13,000 sq.m. and its collection includes more than 600 vehicles.

Museum’s exhibit is dedicated to piston engine aircrafts and World War Two aviation. Over 40 planes are exhibited in its two-story building, some of which very recently were still taking to the air. In total museum’s collection includes more than 70 aircrafts, as well as weapons, anti-aircraft searchlights, airplane engines, and other air defense systems. Opened in 2021 museum occupies the area of over 10,000 sq.m.

In 2013 this first museum of the future complex was opened. Its collection includes more than 100 military machines and vehicles, as well as unique collection of national medals, military regalia, models of cold weapons and firearms, uniforms, equipment, and insignia of the Russian armed forces from the 18th century to the present day. In total museum occupies the area of over 4,000 sq.m.

The exhibit center houses a collection of fully functioning military vehicles that take part in a Victory Day parade annually in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. It was opened in 2020. The collection of over 50 vehicles occupies the area of 3,000 sq.m.

The Open-air exhibition contains collections of artillery weapons, naval ships, engineering vehicles, air defense systems, and one of the most complete collections of Lend-Lease equipment. It features collection of military machines and vehicles ranging from Soviet T-34 tanks to supersonic fighters from 1970s to 1980s.
One of the more visually captivating is the exhibit of railway equipment from 1930s to 1940s. It includes a railway station “Uzlovaya” and 7 tracks with several dozen units of rail transport, such as original steam locomotives and railcars, two military hospital cars from the Great Patriotic War and an armored train recreated based on the original steam locomotive of the Ov series.
Last but not least is the exhibit of domestic and foreign large-scale mining and quarry equipment that includes excavator EKG-5, bulldozer CHETRA and mine and quarry dump trucks. But the gem of the collection is the BelAZ-75710, the largest working dump truck in the world with load capacity up to 450 tons. 
The Open-air exhibition opened in 2010 and has the area of 13 hectares.
